(OTCBB:ASPW) announced receipt of an order totaling $172,000 from EaglePicher Technologies LLC to supply wind turbines and solar PV (Photovoltaic) together with other technology and engineering services. In business for nearly 100 years, EaglePicher is a leader in designing and manufacturing batteries, battery management systems and energetic devices for the defense, aerospace, medical and commercial industries. Arista and EaglePicher have been collaborating to provide energy solutions providers the answers to challenges in providing renewable energy when and where necessary as issues of peak electricity demands continue to grow. Based in Rochester, NY, Arista Power is an Eligible Installer under the Solar Electric Incentive Program by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA).
