Genius Brands Teams with Huggies in Rewards Program

Genius Brands International, Inc. (OTCQB: GNUS), the San Diego, California-based maker and marketer of Baby Genius® brand products, said Tuesday that its toys, DVDs, sippy cups and more will be among the premiums offered to millions of moms enrolled in the Huggies® Enjoy the Ride Rewards program. The Huggies rewards program is an activation and engagement program awarding moms with points for product purchases and participating with the brand.

Huggies is a brand of Kimberly Clark Corp. (NYSE: KMB), a Dallas, Texas-based company which is also the maker of other household name brands such as Kotex, Cottenelle and Kleenex.



“We are thrilled to be working on a national rewards program, which brings together the enduring Huggies® brand and our flagship Baby Genius® brand to build awareness among the millions and millions of moms seeking quality products for their children,” commented Larry Balaban, Chief Creative Officer at Genius Brands International.

Shares of GNUS are trading at 16 cents on limited volume with today’s news. Shares have been as high as 29 cents and as low as 11 cents in the past 52 weeks.
